How to configure Calendar delegation in Outlook on the web

In Outlook on the web, you can give someone give someone in your organization permission to manage your calendar. You can give them Edit access, that lets them edit your calendar or Delegate access, They can schedule a meeting or respond to emails on your behalf.

  1. In your Outlook browser click the waffle icon, and select Calendar

 

2.  On the navigation bar select Share

 

3. In the Share this calendar dialog, type the name or email address of the person with whom you want to share calendar with.

 

4. Click Share

 

5. Done
